Reporting to the Senior Stores Supervisor, you'll gain hands-on experience in logistics while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
You'll support our Stores team by helping to manage aircraft parts and goods movement, maintain customs and invoice records, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes for our aircraft operations.

What Will You Do in the Role?
- Successfully complete the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Support customs clearance processes for aircraft parts and goods
- Ensure accurate import/export classification and use of customs regimes
- Process supplier invoices using Microsoft Finance 365
- Keep training records up to date and help organise relevant courses
- Maintain and update transport logs for ad-hoc movements
- Respond to incoming calls and direct queries appropriately
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve logistics queries
- Support document filing, customs audits, and inspections
- Work towards a BTEC Level 2 in Customs Export & Import Procedures
- Carry out ad hoc duties to support the Stores team as needed

- English and Maths at Level 4 (Grade C) or above
- 18+ years of age
