Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are excited to welcome an IT Senior Service Analyst to join our IT Service Management team. Reporting to the IT Service Manager, you\’ll be proactive and resilient, with proven leadership skills and operational management experience. You will provide guidance and support within IT & for operational colleagues regarding their technology needs.
As our IT Senior Service Analyst, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you’ll be doing
- You\’ll develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders, providing proactive support to teams around the business.
- You\’ll represent IT on relevant projects, through planning, implementation, and rollouts, providing advice and recommendations on proposed technology implementations.
- You\’ll review and manage supplier performance against agreed SLAs, escalating issues approaching and/or beyond breach.
- You\’ll analyse improvements to IT Service Management processes and IT services as part of Continual Service Improvement.
- You\’ll work collaboratively between IT and the business to ensure IT service is meeting the needs of the business, whilst providing monitoring and reporting on service levels to relevant stakeholders.
- You\’ll manage Service Transition from Project to Support in collaboration with IT and business colleagues.
- You\’ll take the lead in ensuring Incidents and Problems are assigned correctly, are being progressed and are managed within agreed timescales.
- You\’ll deputise for the IT Service Manager, taking the lead for various initiatives and communicating to the IT Senior Management team as required.
What you’ll have:

- Experience in IT Service Management roles, focusing on process definition and improvement.
- IT Service Transition experience.
- Experience in providing management reports and managing performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in a multi-supplier IT environment.
