Reporting to the Head of Data Science, the General Manager of Strategic Insights is responsible for building and leading Jet2’s strategic insights capability, providing high‑quality, insight‑led thinking that shapes long‑term business strategy, investment decisions, and enterprise priorities. In this newly created position as part of the Strategy function, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and senior decision-making, translating complex data, modelling and scenario analysis into clear, compelling insights that inform the future direction of Jet2.
