What will you do in the role?
- As A Licensed Mechanic you will perform aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory airworthiness standards and Jet2.com policy.
- This role ensures aircraft presented to customers are serviceable, on time and clean.
- You will undertake scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and carry out pre-flight, daily and weekly checks.
- Licensed Mechanics will take responsibility for rectification and repair, certification of all servicing and maintenance tasks within your scope of approval.
- You will manage documentation for aircraft under your control and be available at short notice for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery.
What do we need from you?
- The successful candidate will ideally hold a UK CAA / EASA PART 66 Category A Licence with experience on commercial aircraft.
- Experience with Boeing and Airbus is advantageous.
- You will need a full UK Driving Licence and clear DBS check.
- You will be highly organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
