Training Planner – Leeds Bradford Airport
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are always looking for great people to join our award‑winning team of colleagues. We’re looking to hire a Training Planner to join our Crew Training Department. Reporting to the Training Planning Manager, the Training Planner will be responsible for planning and rosters for recurrent, new starter and specialised training in a cost‑conscious and safe manner.
Taking into account available resources and priority of training requirements while ensuring training adheres to CAA, regulatory and company rules. This position is a multi‑functional role within the Crew Training Department that works closely with the Crew Planning and Crewing Departments whilst liaising directly with crew themselves.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Issue course training plans to students and instructors via MINT, concurrent with roster publication, ensuring all relevant information is clearly communicated.
- Manage external booking for training venues and course providers, avoiding excessive costs at all times.
- Keep a daily check on expiry events; work with Crewing and Crew Planning to ensure crew members do not fly without all regulatory training, licensing and associated paperwork in place and on record.
