Due to internal progression, we are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to support the Flight Operations business area. You’ll be the first point of contact for all ER matters and provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within our Flight Operations team, along with supporting the HR Business Partner.

What you’ll be doing:
- Establish and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
- Manage ER cases, providing accurate and timely advice on all levels of complexity, coaching Line Managers in decision making.
- Conduct regular base visits to support Line Managers and engage with Flight Operations colleagues.
- Identify HR matters/queries that need escalation and refer them to the appropriate HR management level.
- Participate in projects to ensure HR processes are current and services are efficient and consistent.

- A proven track record of handling complex ER cases.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
