As our new Product Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the Product department, supporting the full Product Lifecycle to meet customer needs and drive sales in line with company goals. From managing brochure delivery and coordinating marketing briefs to supporting hotelier campaigns and trade marketing initiatives, you’ll ensure seamless execution across all Jet2holidays distribution channels. This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll also contribute to key events like trade fairs, resort visits, and supplier meetings, keeping the Product team running smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll support with commercial planning processes by maintaining accurate Product Briefs, assisting with new season on sale tasks and gathering necessary MI.
- You’ll take ownership for co-ordinating the briefing and supplier sign-off of hotelier marketing activity, along with proof of activity and ROI processes.
- You’ll own the co-ordination for the supply and sign-off of Product content for core Jet2holidays marketing campaigns.
- You’ll be the first approver of all print publications ensuring 100% accuracy of content.
- You’ll work closely with the wider Product department to ensure the effective merchandising of destinations and hotels across the Jet2holidays website, including updating and maintaining landing pages, conducting web checks and supporting the on sale process.
- You’ll work alongside the wider Product department and DC Onsale team to ensure high accuracy of content for all products displayed across all distribution channels.
- You’ll support the department’s quality processes including the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations for both internal and external meetings.
- You’ll support with any necessary preparation for supplier events, Fam trips, Product resort visits and trade fairs, including pulling together key data for meeting agendas and liaising with hotel partners to ensure smooth running of events and trips.
- You’ll assist with any other tasks to ensure the effective running of the Product department.

- Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
- Tour operator, airline, or travel business experience is desirable.
