Join our Engineering team at Leeds Bradford Airport, where you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and on time. Reporting to the General Manager – Maintenance Control, you’ll take responsibility for the control and coordination of maintenance activities across all operational aircraft in the Jet2.com fleet, directly supporting our industry‑leading On Time Performance targets.

What will you do in the role? Responsibilities:
- Initiating corrective actions for delays and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, ensuring prompt rectification and minimal disruption.
- Acting as a key link between Engineers and Operational Teams, coordinating technical assistance and spares.
- Issuing Line Maintenance Work Requests and assessing workforce requirements.
- Ensuring planned maintenance is completed as scheduled.
- Monitoring fleet technical status and responding effectively to emerging operational challenges.
What do we need from you? Skills:
- CAA/EASA B1 Licence, with current approvals on B737 and/or A320 aircraft (desirable).
- Strong experience in aviation maintenance and planning activities.
- A proactive mindset with proven problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise across all levels of the business.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, working with both internal and external customers.
