As a senior commercial leader, you will have end-to-end P&L ownership across a defined portfolio of product categories. Reporting to the Product & Retail Director and working closely with the Head of Commercial (Trading), this role is critical in delivering the company’s commercial strategy and driving sustainable business growth.

You will be accountable for designing, embedding, and leading a category management operating model, ensuring that customer propositions, trading strategies, destination plans, and investment decisions are optimised to maximise revenue, yield, margin, and volume performance. Through clear category ownership, strong commercial leadership, and disciplined decision-making, you will set the vision, develop talent, and elevate Jet2holidays’ sub-brands and product offering, ensuring propositions remain highly relevant to customers and consistently outperform competitors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Full P&L ownership across all product lines and sub-brands within assigned categories.
  • Define and execute category growth strategies aligned to customer demand and commercial objectives.
  • Implement and embed a category management structure with clear ownership and governance.
  • Lead the development of commercially compelling propositions and trading strategies.
  • Drive revenue, yield, and margin optimisation across the category lifecycle.
  • Identify new destination and product opportunities supported by robust commercial business cases.
  • Act as a senior commercial partner to the Product Fulfilment, Revenue, Supply, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing category management team with strong commercial capability.
