What will you do in the role?
The Cabin Interior Mechanic will be responsible for carrying out base maintenance activities on all equipment and furnishings in the cabin of all Jet2. com aircraft.
Ensuring tasks are carried out to a high standard of presentation, the Cabin Interior Mechanic will work safely and efficiently helping to deliver a quality product to the airline.
The Cabin Interior Mechanic will perform cabin interior modifications, mandatory Airworthiness Directives, defect rectification as well as routine tasks from the approved maintenance programme all in line with CAA Part 145 regulations and requirements.
You will also be expected to be available at short notice to support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery.
What do we need from you?
- Will have an operational background in aircraft cabin maintenance, ideally with experience working on commercial aircraft.
- Familiarity with our aircraft types and the AMOS recording system would be a bonus.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- A strong airline operational needs paired with a positive approach towards targets.
- A full working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
