In this role you will focus on customising and optimising workflows within the Workfront platform to support the varied needs of our core business functions. Supported closely by Adobe you will optimise existing configurations, build new workflows, and integrate with other platforms across our MarTech ecosystem - improving reliability, efficiency, visibility and reporting, and ultimately reducing manual administration and accelerating creative production for our key campaigns and other marketing activity!

- Build and optimise automated workflows that support a wide range of marketing campaigns and activity.
- Introduce improved control and governance for activities that sit outside of current workflows.
- Identify trends and operational inefficiencies through improved reporting and data visibility.
- Reduce manual administration and accelerate creative production by improving workflow automation and system reliability.
- Design and build low‑code / no‑code integration scenarios that deliver clear business outcomes.
- Select and configure appropriate triggers, modules, and flow controls to support end‑to‑end workflow automation.
- Hands‑on experience using low‑code and no‑code integration platforms.
- Practical experience working with the Workfront API and API Explorer (not necessarily deep API development expertise).
- Experience using custom API calls and integrations to other platforms.
- Strong understanding of how to build viable automation solutions that deliver outcomes without exceeding platform guardrails.
- Confidence using flow control concepts such as routes, iterators, aggregators, and scenario logic.
- Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting, error handling, and issue resolution.
- Experience managing platform users and organisational teams.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and Fusion is not required as full training and support will be provided.
