Then take flight in our In-Flight Retail team, where we’re looking for an exceptional In-Flight Supply Chain Manager to lead a supply chain team. Reporting to the General Manager, Retail Partnerships & Supply Chain, you\'ll be at the heart of our award-winning customer service, ensuring seamless supply operations and accurate forecasting. This role is based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre but will involve some travel to The ROC in Cheshire. This role will be offered as a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

What You’ll Do
- You\'ll be the architect of our success, developing innovative seasonal forecast models and managing stock inventories with precision. Your attention to detail and analytical ability will drive operational excellence and timely product delivery.
- You’ll be a project lead for evolving and managing the Supply chain, whilst developing new forecasting and modelling solutions, through our automation transition and an innovative new packing roll out programmes.
- You’ll collaborate with our suppliers, managing supplier relationships, focusing on improving supplier performance and Supplier Service Levels.
- You’ll work alongside internal stakeholders with Jet2’s internal logistics and operational teams at our Retail Operational Centre. Helping navigate potential supply chain challenges. Your ability to work with tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure will be important to maximise our customers’ experience.
- Passionate about achieving results, you\'ll work closely with the In-Flight Retail Product Manager to curate outstanding product ranges, setting new benchmarks for customer satisfaction. Your self-motivation and team spirit will inspire those around you, fuelling an atmosphere of success. Supporting delivery of range changes ‘right first time’, whilst managing exit clearance.
- You’ll support and implement risk management strategies whilst reducing costs, improving efficiency and implementing lean or agile practices.
