Join to apply for the Cabin Crew role at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. We have some fantastic opportunities to join Jet2.com as Cabin Crew at our 14th UK base, London Gatwick Airport! As a member of our Cabin Crew Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort and satisfaction of all our customers onboard our aircraft.

What will you do in the role?

  • Create memorable experiences onboard by providing friendly customer service and delivering high quality care, including first aid and general passenger assistance.
  • Be present and promote our selection of in-flight products, delivering sales with confidence.
  • Take responsibility by ensuring the safety and security of customers and colleagues on every flight, remaining up to date with company communications and procedures.
  • Work as one team with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues to support each other in all situations.

Our Crew opportunities are available on a full‑time Fixed Term contract until the end of our summer season (November 2026). There may be some permanent opportunities available towards the end of the season. Our 24/7 operation means your working hours will vary each week and will include very early starts and late finishes.

To operate as Cabin Crew, you must hold a current UK/EU passport with the required validity and provide full references for the last five years and satisfactory criminal record checks. You must also be able to comply with all required medical and health and safety regulations, including continually being able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and satisfy our reach requirements. To prepare you for a successful career with our award‑winning airline, you will need to complete our CAA approved 4‑week unpaid training course. Held local to your base, this course will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
