Direct Entry Captain Positions – Locations: London Stansted, Leeds Bradford, Bristol.

Each of our UK bases is managed by a current line Captain with a dedicated crew development team to support your professional and personal journey. Our B737 regular schedule is almost entirely 2-sector days, with full-time Captains flying on average less than 750 hours each year. Our in‑house ATO has two UK‑based training centres, and Captains are eligible for over 20 secondary roles in training, technical or pastoral teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3,000 hours total flying time with 1,000 hours PIC on B737 or similar‑sized jet aircraft.
  • Ideally, large jet command time in the last 3 years.
  • A valid UK unfrozen Flight Crew Licence.
  • Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 5.
  • Current Class One Medical.
  • Current B737 Type Rating.
