Join to apply for the Passenger Service Agent - Belfast role at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. As a member of our Ground Operations Team at Belfast Airport as a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers at the airport.

What will you do in the role?

  • Create Memories: Provide our famous friendly customer service from when customers arrive at the airport until they board their flight.
  • Be Present: Oversee the service of our third‑party partner while checking in customers, issuing boarding passes, and verifying travel documents.
  • Take Responsibility: Follow all safety and security procedures and adhere to processes to ensure flights depart safely and on time.
  • Work as One Team: Support colleagues, third‑party partners and customers during disruption and delays, solve problems proactively, and communicate clearly and professionally at all times.

This is a physically demanding role, as you will be required to support our fast‑paced operation and will always be on the go.

  • Hourly rate of £12.53, plus an additional £3.13 per hour for unsociable hours (between 11:00 pm – 04:59 am).

Contract Details

  • 20‑hour‑per‑week contracts available on a fixed‑term basis until November 2026.
  • Rostered shifts: including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays to support our operation.
  • You will work a maximum of 4 shifts in a row, followed by 2 rest days.
  • Rosters are provided 4 weeks in advance.
