More about the role:
- Strategically program and administer all works.
- Respond to all emails/queries.
- Be the point of contact and liaison with clients.
- Point of contact for all Remediation Engineers.
- Provide general support for the Service Delivery Manager/ Remediations Manager.
- Contact customers and plan jobs.
- Scheduling all WIPs on the system.
- Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage.
- Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with βOβ Licence requirements.
- Invoicing knowledge to assist during holidays.
- Coordinating and booking training.
- Maintain PPE levels.
- Administration of My Compliance.
About you:
- Experience managing staff in an office or field-based setting.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills is advantageous.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and stay focused under pressure.
