The Junior Sous Chef role at LLOYD'S REGISTER INTERNATIONAL requires hands-on leadership across the estate's kitchen teams. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef, manage shifts, ensure food is prepared and delivered to specification, and uphold food safety and service standards.
You will work as part of the production team, set a strong example, and take on kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs.
