The Intellectual Forum at Jesus College is currently seeking two Communications and Events Coordinator/Assistants to support our team across a broad programme of public events, conferences, and courses. The title will be determined based on the experience levels of successful applicants.

Founded in 2016, the Intellectual Forum (IF) provides a space for multidisciplinary discussion amongst academics, students, industry leaders, policymakers, and members of the global public. The Communications and Events Coordinator/Assistant will be a key member of the team, playing a pivotal role in developing and delivering events, programmes and communications for the Intellectual Forum, as part of a small dynamic team inside the wider College.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career, or returning to work after a period away, seeking a fast-paced, varied, and collaborative role at the intersection of education, communications, and public engagement. We’re looking for someone who brings practical judgement, a strong sense of ownership, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be someone who is happy to get stuck in, supports colleagues, adapts to changing priorities, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
