PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Brand Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of social, e-commerce and campaign shoots across digital and retail touchpoints. Working within the Brand Creative team, this role will help ensure all assets and product logistics are managed seamlessly and delivered to the highest standard, while maintaining the elevated tone of voice, visual identity and storytelling of the Jessica McCormack brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, launches and seasonal initiatives as the key point of contact between the Creative and Operations/Shipping teams, coordinating product logistics, tracking and movement across all social, e-commerce and campaign shoots to ensure pieces are accurately selected, managed and returned post-shoot.
- Liaise with Production and Operations to coordinate product packshot photography, ensuring all imagery is delivered accurately and on schedule for website launches and BAU.
- Organise, name and distribute assets within DASH, ensuring all files are correctly tagged and easily accessible across teams.
- Support the creation of digital lookbooks, ensuring correct packshot imagery, product layouts and pricing are accurate.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to help maintain brand consistency and storytelling across digital, print and retail touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a brand, marketing or creative coordinator role within luxury fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A refined visual eye and understanding of luxury branding.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Experience with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Passion for fine jewellery, fashion, art, and luxury culture.
