PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To lead and elevate the visual direction of the brand across digital and physical touchpoints, translating creative direction into cohesive, refined and high-performing assets. This role will play a key part in shaping the brand’s visual identity across e-commerce, campaigns and content, ensuring a consistent, elevated and recognisable aesthetic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Head of Creative on art direction across campaigns, e-commerce and brand content
- Supporting Head of Creative on image selection and looking after cropping, retouching and provide shoot support
- Create and roll out campaign assets across homepage, email, paid and organic social and for printed assets
- Translate brand identity into considered, high-quality digital and print executions, to include lookbooks, invitations, merch, stickers and all other collateral
- Take initial creative direction and expand it into moodboards and eventually campaign assets
- Build scalable toolkits and ensure consistency across all outputs
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive creative
- Collaborate with printers and suppliers to achieve refined, high-quality print finishes
- Ensure all work maintains a strong sense of storytelling and visual cohesion
- Balance fast-turnaround content with maintaining brand integrity
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction or a related field
Experience:
- Strong art direction skills, including image selection, cropping and overseeing retouching
- Digital-first mindset with extensive experience across web, e-commerce and mobile
- Proven experience designing campaign assets across digital channels
- Solid grounding in graphic design across editorial, digital and print formats
- Strong understanding of print processes and materials
- Experience creating lookbooks, decks, invitations and typography-led layouts
- Strong typography, layout and composition skills
- Experience building and rolling out creative systems and toolkits
- Basic motion design skills and understanding of animation in digital
- Experience working collaboratively across creative, marketing and external teams
