1 Lombard Street is a European brasserie situated in the heart of the city. It was opened 20 years ago and has remained the leading restaurant in the city.

Responsibilities

  • Run the pastry section on a daily basis in partnership with the Head and Sous Chefs, including menu planning, developing new dishes, and ensuring daily operations are smooth.
  • Production for the menu and events
  • Managing staff
  • Ordering and stock rotation
  • Ensuring all procedures in the section are in line with the company’s food safety rules
  • Developing dishes alongside the Head chef

Qualifications

  • Previous experience running a busy pastry section on a daily basis
  • Experience in a high volume establishment
  • Ambitious, energetic, and passionate about the job
  • Ability to work independently and produce dishes agreed with the Head chef
