E! Lombard street is a European Brasserie situated in the heart of the City of London.
It was opened 20 years ago and keeps being the leading restaurant in the city.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Chef de partie to join our busy team.
The successful Chef de partie will be open-minded, ambitious, energetic and ready to learn.
Previous experience in high volume restaurants would be an advantage.
The above role is to support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, including food production, stock and staff management.
Duties will include:
- Mise en place and setting up your section for service
- Ordering and stock rotation for your section
- Food production following recipes and instructions
- Following instructions from the Head and Sous chef during service
- Making sure all procedures in your sections are in line with the company\’s food safety guidelines.
- Cleaning of your section and fridge management.
