E! Lombard street is a European Brasserie situated in the heart of the City of London. It was opened 20 years ago and has remained the leading restaurant in the city.

Role Overview

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Chef de partie to join our busy team. The successful Chef de partie will be open-minded, ambitious, energetic and ready to learn. Previous experience in high volume restaurants would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mise en place and setting up your section for service
  • Ordering and stock rotation for your section
  • Food production following recipes and instructions
  • Following instructions from the Head and Sous chef during service
  • Ensuring procedures in your section are in line with the company's food safety guidelines
  • Cleaning of your section and fridge management
