Jesmond Park Academy is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to help ensure pupils access the full curriculum within the classroom.
You will work with students with a range of needs, including SEN and EAL, to maximise outcomes and support their progress.
You will collaborate with the SENCO, Assistant SENCO and HLTA's, building constructive relationships with students, staff and parents to support learning and behaviour and to deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions.
