Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – ECC Emergency Care – Sign On Bonus We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in various roles: full-time, part-time, and per diem. Key Responsibilities Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care Perform resident/patient treatments Administer medications as per physician orders and Plan of Care Submit pharmacy orders Accurately document and record all information Administer injections as prescribed Monitor resident health and communicate findings to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians Take vital signs and perform basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging Manage IVs and start IV drips Monitor fluid and food intake/output Report accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns Assist in the admissions process as directed About Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Joining Jersey Shore means becoming part of our family.
