We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in various roles: full-time, part-time, and per diem.
Shift Hours: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Key Responsibilities
- Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
- Perform resident/patient treatments
- Administer medications as per physician orders and Plan of Care
- Submit pharmacy orders
- Accurately document and record all information
- Administer injections as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and communicate findings to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians
- Take vital signs and perform basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging
- Manage IVs and start IV drips
- Monitor fluid and food intake/output
- Report accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
- Assist in the admissions process as directed
