We’re seeking an ambitious iGaming Casino Manager to take ownership of this new vertical, driving commercial performance, overseeing operations, and ensuring an industry-leading gaming experience.

This role suits a hands-on iGaming professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, product, and commercial performance, and wants the chance to shape a newly launched casino brand backed by a highly successful sportsbook.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day casino operations, ensuring smooth delivery and high player engagement.
• Take ownership of the Casino P&L, driving GGR growth, bonus efficiency, and promotional ROI.
• Oversee game launches, content curation, and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to deliver top-tier promotions and campaigns.
• Build and mentor a small operations team, embedding a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Stay ahead of trends in player behaviour, competitor activity, and market performance.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in online gaming operations, product, or commercial roles.
• Strong commercial mindset, you understand what drives casino revenue and retention.
• Confident managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
• Data-driven approach, comfortable using insights to guide strategy and reporting.
• Leadership qualities and a proactive, execution-focused attitude.
