You’ll have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving organisational change, and making sound, balanced decisions in complex and fast-paced environments.
You’ll be commercially astute, intellectually curious, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. Success in this role will require the ability to navigate prudential, conduct, and financial crime risks while translating data, insight, and intelligence into clear priorities and effective action.
Experience leveraging technology and AI to enhance decision-making, productivity, or operational effectiveness would be advantageous.
