What you\’ll be doing
As Senior Project Manager, you\’ll lead the delivery of both reactive and proactive programmes to replace Low Voltage (LV) Service Terminations across the SPM Licence Area. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring these critical works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, supporting network resilience and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of LV Service Termination replacement programmes.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resources – proactively managing risks.
- Engaging with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure programme success.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
What you\’ll bring
To be successful in this role, you\’ll need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or utility-based projects, ideally in power distribution.
- Strong knowledge of LV systems and associated safety legislation.
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, planning, and resource coordination.
- Experience in both reactive maintenance and planned capital works.
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or PMP certification (desirable).
