Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery
    • Load, transport, and deliver appliances, IT, and AV products safely and securely.
    • Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in flawless condition.
    • Complete delivery records accurately and on time.
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful service at every delivery.
    • Communicate clearly with customers about delivery times and basic product information.
  • Support
    • Assist installers and technicians on-site when needed (e.g. unpacking or positioning products).
    • Report any issues, damages, or customer concerns promptly.
  • Working safely and responsibly
    • Follow health and safety guidelines, including safe manual handling.
    • Carry out basic vehicle checks and keep vehicles clean and presentable.
    • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.

  • A full, valid UK/Jersey driving licence (essential).
  • Medium Goods Vehicle License (essential).

  • Previous delivery or driving experience (desirable).
  • Experience handling large appliances or similar items (desirable).
  • Manual handling or First Aid training (desirable).
