Jersey Electricity plc is seeking an experienced Electrical Networks Resource Manager to lead the Distribution networks resource team based at La Collette. You will coordinate workforce planning, allocate personnel to projects, and provide engineering leadership while maintaining high HSE standards.
This role focuses on performance management, training and continuous improvement across departments to ensure efficient service delivery across substations, the cable network and service points.
