Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow, review team output and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare budgets, fee quotations, accounts and tax computations
- Maintain regular and effective communication with clients
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
- Support the development and implementation of improved departmental processes
- Monitor team performance and address personnel matters
- Oversee the allocation and effective use of departmental resources
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Ideally ACCA or ACA qualified with strong practice experience
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of accounting standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and skilled in managing workloads and deadlines
