Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present to senior management. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations. Mentor, train, and motivate team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
