Responsibilities
- Deliver complex funeral arrangements with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Oversee branch standards and ensure timely, high‑quality care of the deceased.
- Participate in an out‑of‑hours on‑call rota (including nights/weekends).
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Support the Cluster Manager with performance, audits, and compliance.
- Identify service gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure funeral plan banks are replenished and all team members are FPC trained.
