Responsibilities

  • Deliver complex funeral arrangements with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Oversee branch standards and ensure timely, high‑quality care of the deceased.
  • Participate in an out‑of‑hours on‑call rota (including nights/weekends).
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Support the Cluster Manager with performance, audits, and compliance.
  • Identify service gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure funeral plan banks are replenished and all team members are FPC trained.
