Jeroboams Group is an exciting, growing business with retail, trade and private client divisions, a fantastic portfolio of wines and spirits and plenty of opportunity for career development. Our first shop was opened in Holland Park in 1985 by entrepreneur Peter Rich and we have now grown to 10 award-winning shops across London, five of which also sell fine foods. Our focus across all channels is to provide our customers with exciting, delicious products and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for an approachable people person able to lead, inspire and retain a team as manager of one of our London shops. The kind of person we’re looking for has experience of managing people, is organised, enthusiastic, has a love of wine and a customer first approach, always striving to create a great customer experience.

Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail including some people management, or a wine background with some experience of people management
  • WSET L2 or L3 preferred but a love and passion for wine and some years working in the industry also recognised!
  • A positive and caring attitude for nurturing and maintaining an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team, for creating an environment where they are supported and ready to grow
  • Strong organisation
  • Team player, able to share tasks according to team strengths and make everyone feel valued
  • Skilled relationship builder with customers and staff

A salary of £30-35k per year
