Jeremy King Restaurants is looking for a talented Chef du Pass / Kitchen Expeditor to join Simpson’s in the Strand, one of London’s most historic and celebrated dining institutions. As Chef du Pass, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef on the pass, ensuring all dishes meet the highest quality standards and that allergens are carefully managed. You will coordinate service, oversee the flow of orders, and communicate effectively between the kitchen and front of house to ensure smooth, timely delivery. With a keen eye for detail, you will carry out final checks on presentation and accuracy, maintaining consistency during busy service periods while supporting the wider kitchen team.
