Simpson’s in the Strand, reopening under Jeremy King Restaurants, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join the opening team starting January 2026.
You’ll contribute to maintaining a historic, Grade II listed venue in central London, with a warm, respectful culture and opportunities to grow within a celebrated hospitality group.
Flexible weekend work is preferred.
