About The Park
The Park will be an all-day dining restaurant with 190 covers, including a good number of alfresco and private dining room space. It serves a ‘new American’ tradition influenced by European cuisine that is simple, light, ingredient-driven and not constrained by a specific national identity. Reimagined as if next to Central Park in the present day, The Park will attract a mixed demographic of all ages—in the tradition of the great Grand Cafés of Europe—and be as formal or casual as desired, always fast-paced and glowing with glamour and elegance.
