We are specialist insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants based in Brighton. We are looking for a Senior Insolvency Administrator to take immediate ownership of active cases. You will be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, working directly with the Insolvency Practitioners.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio consisting primarily of Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) from appointment to closure.
  • Draft statutory reports, statements of affairs proposals, and SIP 6 reports.
  • Conduct initial antecedent transaction investigations and director conduct reporting.
  • Process initial MVLs, manage creditor lists, and prepare statutory filings via Companies House.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate insolvency.
  • Proven ability to progress both solvent and insolvent liquidations independently.
  • An insolvency qualification is desirable but not strictly essential if you have the requisite hands-on experience.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can spot technical issues.
