The Park, part of Jeremy King Restaurants, is seeking an experienced sommelier to lead our wine program. You will advise guests on the wine list, propose pairings and take ownership of cellar care, stock control and staff wine knowledge.
Working closely with the front‑of‑house team, you will step in as Floor Manager when required to ensure every service runs smoothly. Ideally you have sommelier experience in a high‑end, high‑volume restaurant; a WSET qualification is advantageous.
