Why this role matters
The HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits Analyst manages dayâtoâday HR processes across multiple countries, primarily the UK, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Denmark, and supports employees in Belgium, Australia, Taiwan, Ireland, and Norway. The role is the central point of contact for HR operations, data management, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR data governance is required.
In this role you will
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal data governance standards.
- Support endâtoâend HR processes: onboarding, transfers, terminations, organizational changes, and other employee lifecycle events.
- Generate HR reports and ensure HR processes align with internal company policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR and policy questions across supported regions.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with local HR service providers and internal HR Business Partners to resolve employee matters.
- Assist employees with benefits claim questions, eligibility concerns and navigation of vendor resources.
- Manage the relationship with external payroll providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs and validations.
- Monitor and validate payroll changes including new hires, terminations, variable pay, benefits and statutory deductions.
- Align upstream HR data and processes to payroll dependencies.
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Support the setâup of a new employee benefits package.
- Manage dayâtoâday administration of employee benefits: enrollments, terminations, qualifying life events, changes and corrections.
- Coordinate annual open enrollments, including communications and employee support.
- Ensure HR and payroll processes adhere to company requirements.
- Support HR audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of HR processes, work instructions and countryâspecific guidelines.
To be successful in the role you will bring
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or HR analyst roles.
- Proven experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of HR data management and process execution.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating payroll processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problemâsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English.
