Jeppesen Fore Flight is seeking a qualified and motivated Legal Counsel, Transactions build an automated, repeatable renewal data-gathering process.
Support finance legal needs, including intercompany agreements and accounting and treasury support.
Support litigation and dispute management, including commercial disputes, e Discovery, litigation holds, subpoenas, and regulatory investigations, working alongside senior counsel.
Handle real estate, facilities, and environmental matters.
Develop templates, playbooks, and guidance materials that improve consistency and reduce ad hoc work across the portfolio.
Contribute to the build-out of the legal-operations function, including matter management and department metrics.
Take on additional legal matters and projects across the OGC as business needs evolve; core responsibilities are a starting point, not a ceiling.
Basic Qualifications LLB equivalent from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership and good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal practice experience, ideally a mix of in-house and law firm experience.
