  • Own our talent development tooling: Take ownership of the tools and systems we use to deliver and scale leadership and employee development (e.g., Culture Amp, Notion, internal learning resources and enablement), and keep innovating to improve how we work.
  • Support programme delivery: Partner with the Senior Talent Development Partner, Talent Development Director, and the wider People team to deliver high-impact talent initiatives and learning experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops: Facilitate employee sessions that build capability, strengthen alignment, and reinforce our culture.
  • Measure and improve: Use feedback and data to iterate quickly and keep what we deliver relevant and valuable.
