As a Senior Dynamics Engineer in Kainos, you’ll be responsible for developing high‑quality Dynamics 365 solutions that delight our customers and impact the lives of users worldwide. You’ll do this while learning about new technologies and approaches, with talented colleagues who will help you learn, develop and grow as you, in turn, mentor those around you. You will be responsible for articulating problems and processes in ways understood by all stakeholders – both business and technical – and for facilitating the analysis and design of cost-effective low‑code solutions. You should actively participate and cooperate within the team, giving consideration to the communication needs of team members and clients. You will lead and facilitate meetings with clients, asking questions, listening, and giving honest information when appropriate.
Minimum (essential) Requirements:
- Proficient in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications including low-code solutions
- Experience developing Dynamics CE, Sales, Marketing, or Field Service solutions
- Experience applying development best practices and patterns in relation to security, scalability and performance
- Contributing to technical decisions and direction in a collaborative team environment, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story/requirement creation
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques
- Experience designing and developing across multiple layers of an application
- Mentoring junior team members
- Understanding of low-code concepts and products, including at least one of:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
