Do you enjoy reading, researching, and working with detailed information? This role offers the chance to develop expertise in underwriting governance and compliance within a dynamic insurance environment. You’ll help ensure our policy documentation and underwriting standards remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements. You’ll be based in either our Huntingdon or London office on a hybrid working basis, reporting directly to the Underwriting Governance Manager. This gives you the opportunity to learn and develop alongside an experienced team who will support your growth and help you build a strong foundation in underwriting governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update underwriting and policy documentation to ensure compliance.
- Deliver accurate and concise policy wordings, guides, and endorsements for our products.
- Work within change management frameworks and collaborate with trading teams to implement updates.
- Support risk management processes and maintain underwriting criteria and terms.
- Ensure timely issuance of documentation to brokers and stakeholders.
About You

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively.
