As Social Media Executive, you’ll take the lead in managing and growing our social presence across our Tradesman Saver and Salon Gold brands. This is a hands‑on, creative role where you’ll shape engaging content, build thriving online communities, and deliver impactful social campaigns that support wider business goals. As part of the marketing team, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners and support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. This role is remote, with occasional travel to our Sutton office for collaboration and meetings, with all travel expenses covered.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing social media channels for Tradesman Saver and Salon Gold, ensuring consistent, on‑brand activity
  • Helping shape and deliver the social media strategy for both brands
  • Creating compelling, story‑led content that builds brand awareness and drives engagement
  • Planning, executing and optimising social media campaigns aligned to wider marketing objectives
  • Building and nurturing online communities by actively engaging with followers
  • Managing influencer partnerships, from outreach and onboarding through to performance tracking
  • Coordinating social content calendars and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
  • Monitoring social trends, platform updates and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Tracking, analysing and reporting on social media performance, sharing insights and recommendations
  • Supporting integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Contributing creative ideas that support brand growth and campaign performance
  • Ensuring all activity aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
