Henry Seymour (part of the Jensten Group) has an exciting opportunity to join our well-established team in Sutton as a Digital Operations Manager. Our Henry Seymour division is a friendly, collaborative team of 20+ professionals. This role sits within our successful and growing Digital Schemes division, where you’ll manage 4 direct reports and play a key role in driving performance and innovation.
Initially, you’ll work full-time in the office, with the option for a blended office/home arrangement after probation. We’re looking for a dynamic leader to optimise digital processes, champion technology, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and manage a talented team, ensuring performance reviews, continuous professional development, and successful team hires. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Digital Strategy & Performance: Utilise and enhance digital Management Information (MI) to improve efficiency and achieve performance targets. Oversee digital processes, identify new opportunities for revenue growth, and drive business development strategies.
- Process Optimisation & Technology: Streamline workflows through technology, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. Monitor call system performance, including bounce rates, drop-offs, and response times, ensuring service levels are consistently met.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Work closely with Managing Directors to review.
