The Jensten Marketing team is looking for a bright, inquisitive, and self-starting Senior Digital Marketing Executive to support our recently acquired digital businesses.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will support our rapidly expanding online insurance brands, including Salon Gold, Tradesman Saver, Professional Saver, and Cleaner Saver. This role is primarily remote, with some travel to our offices in Sutton, Surrey.
Your main goal will be to drive growth, engagement, and customer acquisition through digital channels, aligning with our ambitious business objectives. Working with external agencies and our internal teams, you’ll lead the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns designed to boost brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and improve customer retention—delivering measurable results that support our growth plans.
Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, trust, and engagement across key platforms.
- Oversee creation of compelling, industry-relevant content.
- Manage community interactions, respond to queries, and monitor brand reputation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to refine our social approach.
- Collaborate with agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid social, PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting for continuous improvement.
- Ensure paid media aligns with broader marketing strategies.
Email Marketing
- Oversee email campaigns to nurture leads and boost retention.
- Segment audiences and personalize email journeys based on data insights.
- Use A/B testing, automation, and analytics to optimize performance.
- Maintain GDPR compliance in all email activities.
- Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
Exploring New Channels & Revenue Streams
- Test and scale new acquisition channels to increase engagement and policy sign-ups.
- Develop referral programs, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Launch promotions, competitions, and affiliate programs to generate leads.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to foster innovation and revenue growth.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns meet business goals.
- Brief agencies on objectives, creative direction, and target audiences.
- Oversee performance reviews and ongoing collaboration.
About you
We’re seeking a creative, relationship-driven marketer with the ability to simplify complex information and juggle multiple priorities. You should have proven experience managing B2C/B2B campaigns—preferably within the insurance sector, though other industries will be considered—and a solid understanding of our products and services.
You’ll also be or have:
- Strong marketing background, with hands-on experience in social media management, paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and lead generation.
- Analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization.
- Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory considerations (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in GA4, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Experience creating content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Strong planning and organizational skills for event management.
- Degree and marketing qualification.
