Overview

Are you a digital marketing whizz who loves crafting campaigns, diving into data, and making a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly and fast-paced marketing team at Jensten!

You’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy — planning and delivering campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost engagement across our websites, social media, and email channels. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers, and other senior leaders to bring our digital vision to life.

Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:

  • Optimising our online presence to drive leads and income
  • Managing and collaborating with digital agencies to fine-tune performance
  • Managing content, targeting, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Creating and running digital campaigns that get noticed (and deliver results!)
  • Exploring and embedding new tools to help the team work smarter
  • Analysing campaign data and sharing insights for continuous improvement
  • Keeping up with the latest digital trends and best practices
  • Being a go-to digital voice across the business

About You

As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will need to be a creative thinker, able to build good working relationships both internally and externally, to disseminate complex detail into simple and straightforward communications and the capability to multi-task.

We are looking to attract somebody with at least 5 years of proven experience of managing B2C/B2B campaigns within the insurance space (other sectors will be considered) and the ability to understand the proposition, products and services being offered.

You’ll also be or have:

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in insurance or financial services
  • A solid grasp of SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics
  • Confidence with marketing automation and analytics platforms
  • Great communication and project management skills
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for learning and applying your knowledge of marketing tools across our digital platforms
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, able to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Degree level educated and a Marketing qualification
