The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-driven workflows, automation solutions, and intelligent agents across the organisation. Operating in a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, you will work directly with business teams to deliver practical AI and automation use cases from concept through to production using technologies such as Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, workflow automation tools, and modern AI development tooling.

  • Design and deliver end-to-end AI and automation solutions
  • Enable AI-driven interactions that can take action across systems
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar
  • Optimise workflows for reliability and performance
  • Enable AI-ready datasets and integrate data into workflows
  • Support data-driven decision making and process optimisation
  • Design and implement API-based integrations across business systems
  • Build internal tools, scripts, and automation components
  • Translate business problems into deliverable technical solutions
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, data protection, and governance standards

About You:

  • Insurance or Financial Services background (ideally)
  • Experience building automation or workflow solutions
  • Strong understanding of APIs, MCP and system integration
  • Experience with AI / LLM platforms
  • Programming/scripting capability (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell or similar)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Copilot Studio or similar orchestration platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform / Azure automation tools
  • Exposure to Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools
  • Understanding of MCP or agent-based architectures
  • Experience building AI agents or conversational workflows
