The Jensten Group are looking for a confident and proactive Account Handler to join our specialist Healthcare team supporting clients in the aesthetics sector. This role sits within a wider, collaborative department but offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the digital customer journey — playing a key role in managing the digital experience for thousands of aesthetics professionals, helping ensure they receive fast, seamless and accurate insurance support.

You'll manage a flow of digital inquiries, handling customers' needs end‐to‐end with autonomy and responsibility. It's a role with real variety, where you can blend technical broking, client service, and innovative digital work — depending on your interests.

While our wider team is based in London and Gloucester, we're happy to offer this role on a hybrid or fully remote basis. Fully remote may be available for candidates with aesthetics/medical malpractice experience.

  • Following up on new business enquiries and arranging cover, via email and telephone
  • Processing mid‐term adjustments
  • Dealing with clients' day‐to‐day enquiries on a daily basis, responding promptly and managing expectations
  • Contacting customers on renewals and completing renewal requests
  • Ensuring all client records reflect the current risk on cover at all times including accuracy of sums insured, perils, excesses, extensions and exclusions
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of digital data by re‐keying and validating customer details from our online platform into Acturis
  • Involvement in digital marketing campaigns (ad‐hoc)
  • Running reports via Acturis, spotting trends and ensuring accuracy
About You

We are looking for confident and proactive candidates with a commercial broking background. Experience within aesthetics or medical malpractice insurance is highly desirable but not essential. Being able to work independently, enjoying autonomy, using your initiative and the desire to specialise are what truly matter.

Other Skills/Requirements
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience within the aesthetics, medical malpractice and cosmetic treatment sector (desirable)
  • CII qualifications, or the desire to work towards these
  • Experience using Acturis (advantageous)
Rewards & Benefits
  • 27 days annual leave (includes a day off for your birthday and another for a religious holiday of your choice) + bank holidays
  • Auto enrolment into our excellent pension scheme (5% employer matched contribution)
  • Flex‐benefits — a range of flexible benefits to choose from, that are most important to you
  • Group life assurance cover
  • 3 months maternity, paternity & adoption leave all fully paid
  • Professional qualification study support relevant to your role and career
